Small Business - Government Jobs

How important is it for businesses to have statutory services? I'll say it plain and simple: Statutory services are what you need if you want to stay in business. How can a business survive without them?
Let's say you have a small business that you run from your home, that makes your local community or your community a better place to live and work. You might want to start thinking about providing some services that you think might be of benefit to the community and run them out of your home. If the local government agency sees that your business can be a benefit, then they will give you tax breaks for doing so.
This is a very good thing for businesses because it allows them to be self-sufficient and stay in business without hiring any employees. Think about it: If they give you a tax break, you will be able to provide your services for free and the community will benefit as well. When the community benefits, then the government benefits.
The same holds true when you think about government contracts. Imagine your business wins a contract for construction work that requires a large amount of construction equipment and construction workers. Imagine how much money would be saved by having to purchase equipment and workers on your own? It makes a lot of sense for a business to win a contract like this.

However, there is more to it than just tax breaks, as the next section will show. When you win a contract or when you purchase construction equipment or pay for workers, you will have to send your employees to government jobs.
When a company wins a construction jobs, most of the time the company will provide the machinery and tools, pay for all of the workers, and provide the employees and a base salary. Then, after the first few years of work, the company will make their profit off of what they pay for the workers, which will be a flat salary. Of course, the difference between the profits and the salaries will be the tax breaks and the other perks and benefits that the company provides to their employees.
What this may not mean to you is that the workers are worth the price of the work they do. That is something the company can pay for on their own. It does not mean that the workers are overpaid. That is something the company can do on their own, too.
However, if you send your employees to government jobs, you are allowing the local government agency to take a cut of the money the company makes off of their construction contracts. When the government agency makes money off of the construction work they do, they will charge the company a fee for the service. You will still make money, but it will be lower than if you had sent the workers out to work on a construction job and charged the company for the service.
The bottom line is that you are paying for services when you send your employees to work on government construction jobs. In this case, the service you receive is tax breaks. Government agencies are legally allowed to charge companies a fee for the services they provide, so they charge the company a fee for the labor and equipment they provide.
On top of this, the local government agency will charge the company based on the time they spend on the project, which means that the fee they charge is based on the number of hours they spend on the project. Again, the fee the company pays for the work will be based on the actual cost.
Do you see how these fees can hurt you? The fees that you pay for these services, as a small business owner, are based on the number of hours your employees spend working on the project. And here's another problem: If the project takes longer than expected, your employee will be hired on at the end of the project.
Here's a great advantage for your business: It allows you to keep your current workers and saves you money. This is why you should never, ever, hire employees on projects with the government. agencies.
